In June 2024, Mainflo completed the renewal and upgrade of a PPLA (post-pelleting liquid application) system for an international feed group in Thailand.

The plant operates three pelleting lines, and the project was executed in two phases:

Phase 1: one line — dosing of two enzymes and oil

Phase 2: the remaining two lines

The upgraded system reuses the existing fat-coater hardware, while the control of both enzymes and oil is integrated into a single platform — one unified operator interface and one set of reports for the entire liquid application process.

Since commissioning, the system has been running with stable and accurate dosing, and the customer is highly satisfied with the performance.
