More and more liquid lysine projects have been put into operation successfully in China. Mainflo is honored to be the liquid system provider for the breakthrough application.

The lysine is supplied by truck tank at 32 ton, there is tank system to store the bulk supply, and auto refill to daily tank. Dosing system uses weigher system, by loss-in-weight control mode. Dosing is integrated into factory control system.

There are many advantages by using lysine in liquid form, it can increase the automation level of feedmill and also dramatically reduce the dust generation.
